Have you ever had the chikenpox?

I’ve never had them and I’m just curious who else hasn’t. I’m 22.

Back in my day (I’m 32) there was no vaccine , so I had it when I was 7 and it was terrible . I’d totally would have had the vaccine if it existed

Well are you vaccinated against it? I can’t remember when they started doing that. But getting it as an adult is deadly so you should probably find out🤷🏼‍♀️

My mom's friend purposely infected me with the chicken pox when I was 9 months old. She offered to babysit me while my mom went to work and didn't inform my mother that all 3 of her (vaccinated) children had it.

I had them when I was 6. My husband is 24 and has never had them.

My husband got it as a teen. He had all of his shots, but it turns out that the last chickenpox shot he got was from a bad batch, so he didnt get complete immunity. His older sister got her last chickenpox shot at the same time, and got the bad batch. She just got chickenpox last year. I've never had it, and never want to!
