To test or not to test!?

So right after I ended my period my husband and I had sex (the 13th). Never once thought about it and then on the 22nd I go to the bathroom in the evening and notice I’m bleeding. Very light bleeding(only when I wiped).Get up the next day and it’s brown so I’m like “hmmm...wonder what’s going on?” Couple days later Husband thinks I’m pregnant since I keep getting hot flashes, upset stomach, getting tired quickly, breasts are tender (like sore even).

So I took a test on Nov. 9th and it was negative. The day of my missed period and not sure when or if I should even test again. Should I just call my obgyn?!

With my both of my daughters it was like “ first day of missed period” I had a light showing of a pregnancy line.
