Should I go to the Er?

Question

I’ve been having cramping intermittently from the day of ovulation on.
I’m 4weeks 4 days now and I’m having a aching pain in my right ovary. It won’t let up and I’ve been laying down all day.
Idk what it is.
Also the top of my back is hurting.

I wouldn't necessarily go to the ER, but give your obgyn a call and maybe they'll see you early to make sure it's nothing bad.

You should be able to always call the labor and delivery floor of the hospital and speak to someone they will let you know whether or not you need to either come in or not and whether or not to come into the ER or L&D

Going to the ER generally won’t give you any answers that early. If the pain gets really unbearable, do go in though. I had terrible pain with my ovary in pregnancy and it ended up being a twisted ovary requiring surgery. It’s pretty uncommon though, and the pain is pretty extreme and usually accompanied by nausea & throwing up, so you probably don’t have anything like that.

That's pretty normal. If in fact it was ectopic baby is still to small yo cause discomfort in the tube. 
I'm pregnant with number 5 and have had that everytime. If you go to the ER they won't even be able to see anything on an ultrasound where you are so early and it will cause unnecessary stress.
