Help me

I need some help. I got the iud (Kyleena) about a month and half ago maybe 2 months ago. I’m in a serious relation ship and want to have a baby! This birth control has been making me cramp so bad to where I can’t sleep at night every other 2 weeksish. Me and my boyfriend had sex on Friday November 9, 2018 and he came inside of me. I’m taking out the iud tomorrow November 13, 2018. Can I get pregnant from this. Not sure if I sound dumb but I need an answer!
