How often to you see your long distance significant other??

I’m moving and I’ll probably only see him 2 or 3 times a year!😢 I want to hear from y’all!!

My husband and I haven’t been long distance for years, but when we’re we’re apart we saw each other for about a week every 4 months or so. Some years it was less and others it was more. In our last year apart I didn’t see him at all actually. We managed 5 years of long distance and survived. We’ve been together 14 years now. If it’s meant to be you two will make it through this. It’s hard and takes work but with the right person it’s worth it.

Currently in one now. Going to be a year on December 18. Since he has to be away for work purposes, he comes to me. Every month for couple days maybe just two the most. He’s 600 miles away , I visit him last month. Cross fingers we will be together again in March. He’s missing out on our daughter baby months. She will be a year in May. 😪

My SO lived a 5 hour train ride + a 1 hr bus ride away, we’d see each other every other week. Sometimes, if we had the time & money, it would be once a week for the weekend. This was when I was in high school though, it’s different now. 😋

After 5 years together my man had to go live in the countryside for a new job so I see him once a month, it's though because I spent half of my pregnancy alone but I got used to it and I know we can make this work.

Currently in a long distance relationship, have been for the past 5 years. We see each other twice a year and during those visits we stay with each other for like almost a month. But that was when I was a student and had no job and couldn’t afford more frequent visits. Now that I’m working and graduated uni, i anticipate us visiting each other way more. But communication is key. We skype every single night, and text throughout the day. Even if you cant physically see your partner as often, make the time to skype or facetime them!
