Slow rising HCG, successful pregnancy?

I got two bfp’s 15 dpo, blood test confirmed and HCG was 180. 48 hrs later HCG was only at 223. I go back on Wednesday (7 days since first HCG test) to check again. So worried but I haven’t had any pain, cramping or bleeding so trying to stay positive. Anyone have slow rising HCG and no miscarriage or ectopic?

I had very slow rising hcg with my son. I had to go back 5 times before they told me confirmed my pregnancy. I was told I’d at a higher risk of miscarriage until my second trimester. My son is now 5 and is happy and healthy. Try not to stress and wishing you the best.
