step dad ish please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i can’t sleep or do anything anymore because all i here is my mum and her boyfriend talking or kissing or something

it’s driving me insane i can’t sleep and it’s a small house so i can here everything.

i’m yo most nights crying and when i talk to my mum about she says “stop being so selfish you’re not the only one who lives in this house”

i don’t know what to do it’s hard to cope is there anyone who has to deal with the same thing if so how to you get through
