Unsure

So I've been pregnant before but I never had theses symptoms bc I was already 4 months along when I found out and all I was doing was throwing up once.

Well for the past 3 weeks I've been feeling sick in the morning my boobs hurt really bad have really bad back pains I've missed my period by 8 days and this morning I woke up and I was spotting a little bit.

When I went to go while it was very very light pinkish idk what to think idk what to do.

Any advice for me lady's ???
