How to grow hair super super long?

My hair isnt long at all and I want super long hair... its also really flat and i want it to be volumous and shiny. I bought biotin gummies to start talking but i started birth control so i stopped taking them and idk if they would have even worked. any tips or anything to grow my hair out? this is how long it is right now and i want it atleast down to the middle of my back.

Don’t wash your hair everyday. Washing your hair too much can strip your hair of the natural oils it needs. Also maybe try to use a more natural shampoo (as some chemicals can ruin your hairs oils too), I take the Olly Beauty gummies and I’ve seen an improvement with my hair . Take some biotin, buy some salon professional products (not the cheap drug store stuff), get regular baby trims every 6 to 8 weeks, use heat protectants before straightening or curling. It is a myth if you wash your hair everyday it’ll dry it out, it will not if you are using professional salon sold products. Using a wet brush and brushing from bottom to top to untangle hair. And lastly if you’re throwing your hair up in a bun or tight ponytail while wet, it can create serious breakage.

Not sure if you color your hair, but that can really damage it. I used to highlight my hair frequently, and also straighten or curl it every day. It NEVER grew past my shoulders. It’s now been 4 years since I stopped dying my hair, and I try to limit straightening or curling to a few times a week (and ALWAYS use heat protectant!) Now my hair grows really fast. I chopped it a couple months ago and I’m already needing to cut it again. 😂 Good luck!
