Can’t sleep at night

Is there anything I can take/do that will help me sleep at night? I’ll put my phone away around 2am (I go to online school so I have no reason to be up early) but I don’t fall asleep, I’ll be laying in bed for hours these past couple of days I’ve been sleeping at 5, 6, & 7🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s really annoying😤.
