Sharp pains

Hi all this is my first and am a little concerned. About a week ago there was a wreck by my house and I was the first one to stop and help. I think I might have stressed myself out a little bit. I was trying to calm down this little boy who is extremely autistic and might have over done it. I've been getting sharp pains all over my stomach and the part around your hips. Is that normal and I'm just worrying for nothing or should I go to the er. I had a doctors appointment this morning but they didn't seem very concerned. Tya
