Should I be concerned??

Question

So had a splinter. Got it out, but there is like a little speck of it still in there like very tiny. I tried to get it out, but couldn’t  get it cause it’s so small. So I soaked it in hydrogen peroxide and now put neosporin on it and a bandaid. Will it be okay should I be concerned? Sorry I just really hate splinters

You should be ok. Your body will take care of what’s left

Soap it in Epsom salt few times a day,your body will push it out.
My son had splinters in his feet and hands,I took him to the doctor to remove them. She didnt want to stress him out and gave me the advice to soak them.
A week later they came out enough i could remove them without him noticing

Should I be concerned??
