NOT trying to start an argument, i just want honest nice answers please.

My OB has offered/suggested that I get both the flu and Tdap (whooping cough) shot because my baby is due in cold and flu season (Jan 21st) but ive never gotten either of them while pregnant. And I'm leaning towards not getting them because I dont want to cause any harm to my baby while I'm still pregnant. I suffered a stillbirth last year at full term and do not want anything to happen to this baby. To those of you who have gotten them was there any bad side effects?

Is baby ok? I want to protect her from getting sick after she is born but kinda on the fence about either shot.
