Advice ladies 4 days late no sign of AF, negative tests am I out??

Hey

I’m 4 days late of AF, no sign of her coming at all, I’ve never been this late or missed a period, nothing in life has changed for me so unsure what’s going on.

I’ve had BFN’s so far

Am I out this month?

Not loads of symptoms-

Little nausea (Not actually vomiting)

Can’t sleep at night (3am is getting normal)

Not overly hungry

Back ache

Very short tempered (more than usual😂)

Ever so slight cramps

Can someone help me lol!!
