Ok I realize that pain and discomfort are part of pregnancy... but help me out, is this normal?

My back has been hurting for a while but recently I’ve developed a very uncomfortable nearly constant pain in my back below my ribs on the right.

Then now I’ve developed a very uncomfortable pain in my lower abdomen, almost groom area that is waayyy worse anytime I walk or move.

I took Tylenol before bed to help me sleep but I was still uncomfortable all night and I’ve been awake since 3 am.
