Baby is here

On Tuesday I had an appointment and I was 38+6. I was 5 cm and about 90% effaced. I was told I'd be induced the next day. Wednesday morning I got the call to go in. After having a terrible time trying to find parking we got to the hospital and got settled in. They broke my water at 11:15, oxytocin started at 11:20. I started contracting right away. By 12:20 they checked me and I was 6-7 cm then I went to the bathroom and then when I got back back to the side of the bed where I was standing because it was easier to manage the pain I had a few more contractions and had to push. I pushed for not quite 15 minutes and Grace Jane was here at 12:57. Only a couple small tears that didn't need stitches. I was bleeding a lot so got put back on oxytocin to slow it down. It has, so hoping to go home soon and get back to my other daughter.
