How did you get your child to sleep without a bottle? How did you teach you child to fall asleep independently? I’m not sure if I want the extensive cry it out method that lasts 1-2 hours though but I’m open to all ideas. I am officially sleep deprived. Also she’s 4 months. She’ll be 5 on November 29th.
