Middle/ upper back pain... anyone else?

I’m 11 weeks 2 days and this morning I woke up with a pain just below my shoulder blade on the right side of my back. It’s eased up throughout the day but painful when I take a deep breath. It just feels like I really need to stretch that area out. I have had lower back pain in the week‘s proceeding but this pain is new. Also we had our first ultrasound on the 1st and everything went great. Thanks in advance!
