Braxton Hicks at 20 mins apart?

I’ve had 3 contractions 20 mins apart: 8:06, 8:26, 8:49. Waiting to see if another one shows up. Still normal for Braxton Hicks? Feels like period cramps.

My OB told me not to worry until they get closer together, more intense, and last longer than 2 hours.

I’m my OB isn’t worried about BH unless I’ve had 5 or more in one hour and can’t get them to stop with changing movement like laying down, standing up or drinking water.

Drink lots of water. Change positions, if you've been on your feet take a rest. If they are true contractions they will continue getting closer together and more intense despite doing these things and then you need to go in.

Probably fine until they get a little closer together. But if it were me I would still call my labor and delivery department and talk to a nurse, just to make sure!!

My dr says 4 or more in 1 hour go in to L&D
