Scared of sex again

So I was dating this guy for about a year. We broke up in August, well that same August but after we broke up I found out I had a miscarriage of about a little more than a month. I told him because I just thought he wanted to know. Its November and now we are talking since late September. We have had sex for about 6-7 times since we staryed talking again. I asked him about it and he said that he is scared for me to get pregnant again. I was on the pill and he used condoms occasionally, but now he doesn't really want to have sex. Im scared to to be honest but Im worried about him... what can I do? How can I help him? Or help us?
