Calling my preterm labor moms( a tiny bit long )

I've had preterm labor with all kids and delivered my last at 35 weeks (8years ago) so gotta few questions for you bc I can't remember that far back😂

1) re you cramping alot daily (not braxton hicks) ... I am a lot

2) are you dilated yet? ( I am already as well)

What are your drs doing to prevent ? I'm on makena not a candidate for a cerclage for multiple reasons

3) can you explain your contractions and where all your feeling pain
