Is anyone not planning on maternity photos?

I had really wanted some but now I’m not seeing the point🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m thinking I’ll just splurge on newborn photos😍

I’m not doing maternity photos. I’m not sentimental in that way... I’ll remember that I felt big as a whale while pregnant and that’s enough. Lol. Im saving my money for newborn pics.

My problem with them is, where would I put them? In my room? Hell no!
I will also be doing newborn photos instead. This pregnancy isn't all about me, it's about the baby my husband and I are welcoming into this world.
HOWEVER, I don't have anything against women doing them. They can be really beautiful, just not for me!

NO THANK YOU! I have no desire to display pictures of my huge belly around the house.  We did newborn.   However, I was sad that I wasn’t in any of the newborn ones. (I didn’t want to be because he was 5 days old and I still looked pregnant, but now I regret that!)

I didn't do them during my first pregnancy. Around 36 weeks, I dressed up and had hubby take a few photos with his cell phone just for us to have for memories..I dont see the point in spending all that money to take pictures of your big belly lol I agree with a lot of the ladies here and say spend the money on a newborn photo shoot

I’m also not planning on doing those. I thought about maybe a one-shot cute family portrait for Christmas cards, but it still wouldn’t really be centered on my pregnancy. I just happen to be pregnant. 
I’d rather go for the newborn pictures.
