confused?

Hello! I will be 14 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I just don't feel very pregnant. throughout my first trimester I didn't have that many symtpoms either. I've had a pretty good and easy pregnancy so far. is it normal to not have symptoms other than the occasional backache or headache? thanks! I'm a first time momma so I'm just nervous. I had my last ultrasound when I was 10 weeks and everything was perfect!
