Trouble getting into a GP practice

I moved house just before I got pregnant to the other side of town, when I fell pregnant my midwife advised me just to stay with my current practice until I had my baby, I have had my baby and now my GP practice has removed me which is fine I understand except now the GP in my new local area has refused to register me and my infant as they are too full, there arnt any other GPS that cover my area, I don't know what to do I'm so stressed should I call my health visitor will they be able to help? Or should I try citizens advise?
