Should I call my doctor?

I took my glucose test the other day and it came back normal.. but they said I was anemic. They haven’t posted results on the online portal yet so I don’t quite know the numbers but I have had these symptoms my whole pregnancy.. my husband just came home early

I have a massive migraine, I’m super super tired and my resting heart rate is 120-130.. if I get up it will go past 130-145.. my whole head feels like it’s on fire, and it doesn’t help I can’t sleep because I’m super congested and it’s hard to breathe, on top of that I’m super short of breath for no reason.. just feel like death right now but am I over reacting or should I call my doctor? I know they’re all symptoms of anemia I just don’t want to bother my doctor to hear “it’s all normal”
