I just don’t know...

So I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow and I just don’t feel pregnant at all. I never had an bloat, and the symptoms I did have were slight nausea, sore nipples, lower back ache all of which completely disappeared at 4.5 weeks. The only thing I have at the moment are occasional chills and my nipples are barely still sore but not enough to really count. I had an ultrasound at 5.3 weeks and all we saw was the gest sac sac measuring correctly. My hcg is currently 23,388. It keeps rising which is good I guess but is awful high for where I am in my pregnancy. I go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound to confirm if this pregnancy is viable or not. I’ve already had a blighted ovum back in March. I’m so scared that this is a repeat. Not sure what to think! Anyone have any stories?
