Hello ladies im almost 8 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼 just yesterday i started feeling sinus pressure and runny nose.. i looked online and it seems that only thing i can take is tylenol. Any home remedies u ladies might know off? Its my bday and i want to feel better and enjoy my day thank u in advanced ladies
