Broken and worried heart

Hi everyone this is going to be a lil long i apologise in advance. I posted awhile back about TTC for about 5-6 years now and about our ectopic pregnancy...well I have just been given some news that felt like I was punched in the stomach...I finally got insurance from my job went to see the Dr she ordered some tests because of what I told her over been experiencing (heavy clotting extremely painful periods etc ) she made some referrals...well turns out I have an enlarged uterus, fibroids and cysts on my ovaries. I'm trying not to freak out but it's hard not to. I have an appointment with my OB the Monday after Thanksgiving the wait is killing me the uncertainty what does this all mean for our family growing or not growing. Will I be able to make my husband a dad. Has anyone been through this??? 😥💔
