Mosie Baby experiences??...

Hi! I am just wondering if anyone has any positive experiences with the mosie baby syringe? I ordered it to try next month with letrizole. My husband and I have been TTC 1.5 years. I found out I have a blocked tube due to a polyp and also may have PCOS (I find out on Monday), along with possible endometriosis. Just read so many success stories about mosie so I thought it can't hurt to try.

Anyone use it and have a BFP?

Also, does anyone have any positive stories about letrizole?
