When is your period late

AF was due on Friday (on all my tracking apps) but still nothing. BFN Friday night and spotting today but no flow. Confused and scared to get excited cause ppl say it’s not until you’ve missed a week. What do you ladies think?

Also test in the morning! That’s when hcg levels would be the highest :)
