What type of bras and pads are best?

I have been breast feeding for 6 days now and my breasts and nipples are so full and sore at times. It makes it uncomfortable to wear bras or even a tshirt with no bra. It does not hurt when I nurse my baby but nipples are very sensitive still.

I brought a nursing bra . We're I can take it a part at the top . I haven't found no good pads. But I got boobs thing you can put in the microwave and warm it up supposed to help

Don't use knock off brands, I switched from Lansinoh to Up & Up (Target brand) and ended up with thrush on my nipple because they weren't as absorbent so they didn't stay as dry as quality brands do.

Hi, for me I've always like using lansinoh nursing pads and their nipple cream. The pads are great as they've got adhesive if needed but what I like is they are thin, breathable and comfortable to wear. This time around I am trying g Medela's nipple cream as it was a gift at Kaiser. So far it has help but first few days are s nith uncomfortable and it get better. As for bras I've gone in to Motherhood Store and my husband has allowed me to splurge in the past getting gorgeous bras designed by Dita Von Teese but this time around I just rushed to Walmart two days after delivery and they have been comfortable.

My favorite nursing bras were the MAMA nursing bras from H&M. For pads, I liked the Medela Nursing Pads pretty good. I used Bamboobies Reusable Nursing Pads as well.
