Rito ladies

I bled from the 11th-13th, at first it was pink, then red then brown then pink

I thought I was pregnant, went to the hospital due to the bleeding

There the dr bluntly said that I wasn't pregnant cause the blood test said negative

Anyway

Had an ultrasound on Monday the 12th

There on the ultrasound was a big sac empty(which I think is call brighted ovum) and another small gestational sac there also

Question am I pregnant
