Trying again after Section (how long)

Hi

7 weeks ago I had an emergency C Section, sadly my daughter didn't make it, and passed 5 hours post birth. She was born at only 26 weeks gestation after an Infection caused by PPROM at 22 weeks.

My question is, my doctor said I can try again after 3 months, has anyone else ever conceived this quickly; And did you have any issues ?? We are desperate to start TTC again, as we suffer from fertility issues.
