21 weeks and baby stopped moving

I’ve been feeling little flutters since about 18 weeks. Some days she moves like crazy. I last felt her move yesterday around 5pm. My husband and I had sex last night and I haven’t felt her all day. It’s now 2 pm and I haven’t felt her. Usually after I eat, she moves a lot. I’m not cramping or bleeding or anything. I’m just worried cause ive gotten used to feeling her often. I have a doctors appt in 2 days. Should I wait for my appointment or do you think something could be wrong. I’m feeling quite normal other than her not moving.
