Date night

So my boyfriend and I have been working constantly and we both had Sunday (today) off. So at the beginning of the week, I planned a date night just for him. It was all laid out in my head. I went to the lions den and bought new lingerie and lube, days in advance. Then planned on going to his favorite restaurant and then to the movies where he was wanting to see the movie Overlord.

So we did so. I had my lingerie on underneath my clothes, little bottle of lube in my purse. My original plan was that after the movies we go to the best view of our town and listen to Sunday Night Slow Jams on the radio. then get a little hot and steamy in the car ya know.

Well everything was going according to plan until he tells me before the movies that he’s been up since 6, helping his dad do housework... so as a result of him being up early, we do not go to the best view of our town, listen to our favorite radio station or get hot and heavy.

I’m just feeling really defeated tonight knowing that I really tried but it’s not his fault that he was super tired. I was really looking forward to tonight to show him what he’s got and how much I adore him. Maybe another try when we have the time.. 🤷🏻‍♀️😕
