Do you share your makeup?

My best-friend offered to do my makeup with a new palette she got and I was like

But then my mom said it’s not hygienic to share things that you put on your face. Which is a fair point. 
How about you? Do you share?

A lot of MUA use alcohol to help prevent infections.🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t share eyeliner, mascara or falsies but I’ve used my best friend’s makeup pallets

As a optometrists who sees way too many infections because of this; NEVER share makeup(or contact lenses)!!

I usually don’t share stuff like mascara/eyeliners and try to use my own brushes if I’m sharing something with someone but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked passed the bathroom or into my room and my sister has a full face of all my makeup on 🙄 lol. Obviously there are risks associated with sharing anything with another person but its not a guarantee your gonna get an eye infection and die so it’s a matter of choice.

id recommend bringing your own brushes and beauty sponges. if you dont have any, ask her to wash the brushes beforehand and get those little sponge wedes that you can throw away.
