Should I give him a second chance?

I was speaking to this guy a few weeks ago he’s a little older but I didn’t mind and neither did he. After a few weeks we ended up having sex and then the next day everything was going fine we were speaking as usual but at night we had an argument then I apologised but he still seemed off. So I asked him if he was ok then he just put he’s in a bad mood then blocked me! It’s been a few weeks and he’s just popped up apologising saying it was because of personal stuff. Should I give him a second chance?
