Tonsils??

Is this a tonsil stone?? I wanna cry I cant swallow they told me I need my tonsils out but I cant afford to miss work or be sick anymore 😩😩

That’s a tonsil stone I had these very bad! My breath absolutely stunk 🤢 I had them and tonsils out but let me tell you.. WORSE PAIN EVER! You will need at least two weeks off work and be prepared for pain! 
First day just a little sore no big deal 
second day- painful 
third day and couple days following that - death! no sleep, pain pain pain 
Not to mention when you have to eat toast and you swallow huge scabs 🤢🤢🤮🤮  there’s a reason they will rarely take them out in adults! But on the up side.. I have no horrible breath and my mouth and throat feels so good!! was so bad my partner didn’t want to kiss me, people would ask when I was talking to them if i smelled something rotten around 🥺 so upsetting so for me it was worth it!

Definitely a tonsil stone. Definitely stink. I would use a straw when I was younger and fish them out of my throat. 
I did not have my tonsils removed because after speaking with my dentist, he suggested I take further measures with my dental care before resorting to surgery. From what I remember he said, you are prone to tonsil stones if your tonsils are “deep” (whatever that means) and food, plaque, etc gets caught in them and forms these odorous balls of nastiness. So I started flossing, brushing and gargling 3 times daily (all 3 activities) and literally stopped getting them. 
May be worth trying out 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I had them and got my tonsils out because they were so bad.  I had my tonsils out at 21.  Like said in the previous comments it is extremely painful!  It took me a couple weeks to just get out of bed.  I couldn’t some things for a couple months.  But I’m very happy I got them taken out, because the tonsils stones were horrible.

Also you can take that one out yourself with a ear bud or the end of a toothbrush. Just don’t smell it when it comes out 😊

I get these occasionally. I wet a cotton swap and gently push it out.

My husband gets them ALL the time. It’ll come
Out. Sometimes you can push it out with your tongue.
