I’m 16+4 weeks! We moved 4 days ago into a new home and ever since I’ve been in so much pain. Can hardly move.. waddling around bending over is a chore. It’s back and hip pain and just being completely uncomfortable. I didn’t lift anything heavy and really took it pretty easy during the move. Been taking Tylenol and taking warm baths as well but nothing is helping. 😞 any advice? I feel like a baby though.. fiancé caught me crying earlier while sitting down after making dinner.
