I feel so big right now, I can cry . I just tried trying on a jacket that I fit perfectly last year and wouldnt even go over my love handles now 😭 . im 6 days postpartum, before i had the baby I was 170 and with the baby I was 228 and my current weight is 219 . I'm shook, 9 pounds , thats it? I feel like with my first I lost 20 pounds after having him

You are 6 days pp. give yourself some grace. Give yourself some time. It takes months to drop it all. Sometimes longer. But it’s all there for a reason. Don’t focus on it too much, it’ll take care of itself

It takes awhile for the weight to go down. Your uterus is still inflated and you’re still carrying around extra fluid. I gained 35 lbs my first pregnancy and lost it all probably wishing 6 months. Give yourself time!

I think is different for everybody, I still have like 15 pounds to lose and my baby is already 1 year old lol. Don't get discouraged, it can take a while but you will lose the weight!

I usually lost 20ish pretty quickly but then slowed. This last time I was at my heaviest, lost 18 and then gained 5-7 back and held it for 5 months until I got pregnant again. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

You gotta be easier on yourself. My last pregnancy I started at about 180. Got up to around 215. About a year and a half later I was 165. Then I got pregnant again so now I’m back to 200ish but don’t expect to suddenly look exactly like you did before within a few days or even a few weeks. It takes time.

I gained 70lbs with my first. Lost 50. Gained 10. Got pregnant, gained 30. My scale doesn't work or I'd know my current weight lol. 3w pp and my belly is no longer inflated but I definitely am still hovering around 150-160. Pre babies I was 130
