How do I tell my friend she needs a shower?

So I’m really good friends with this girl, we grew up together and she is truly a good friend, she’s even one of my bridesmaids. HOWEVER, she has horrible hygiene. Her hair is very greasy and it is obvious she does not bathe regularly. I do not want to hurt her feelings but I feel like someone should tell her. It has gotten to the point that I do not like going to her home because she has an odor and the odor is stronger at her house. She is also a very messy person, she just overall isn’t very clean. She stayed over at my house a few weeks ago and I know this sounds horrible but I immediately washed the sheets when she left. Her house is always messy and she always looks like she has just left the gym and not in a good way. I really don’t want to hurt her feelings but it’s hard to be around her. How would you approach it? I
