Need some help/guidance

I got my Skyla IUD removed November 9th after having it for 2 years and had my periods pretty regularly with it until the last few months of having it and the last one I had was in September. I started doing ovulation tests on on the 11th and were all negative until yesterday’s when the test line was almost as dark as the Control line and I had creamy/lotion like CM. I got excited and decided to also buy the expensive Clearblue ovulation kit and took it and it gave me an empty circle (no/low LH). We have had unprotected sex basically since the day I got it out and I’m just unsure of where I’m at or what to do next.

What kind of opk’s are the most reliable?

What steps should I take next?

How long did it take your cycle to normalize after IUD?
