Need Help 🤕

I went to the doctor today at my Ob/gyn for a small lump on my bikini line he felt it and said it was a swollen node and also took some swabs and said it’s an infection and that sometimes lymph nodes get big and small sometimes and that it just comes from having bacteria and things. So it made sense to me. But all of a sudden I’ve started hurting on my lower abdomen. But not intense, could this be my period trying to start ? I haven’t had it start yet.
