My baby has been in the NICU now for 8 days, while I was in the hospital I was making SO much milk and it was amazing and then when I got discharged I was having issues not having the hospital pump. I wasn’t pumping as frequently and two days ago I was stuck without a pump for about 7 hours.. and now it’s like I have no milk. I can’t even make 60ml’s to take to him and I feel like the biggest failure.

I don’t know how to get it all back and I’ve started setting timers to pump and I can’t even get 10ml out and it’s been four and a half hours since I last pumped.

Someone please help me
