getting the hang of this vegan holiday thing. Last year was a sad deflated lentil loaf 😂 this year I focused on “veganising” all the sides- and Trader Joe’s roast did not disappoint! My little personal size cup of gravy in the background came with it! It was a hit with my whole family 👏🏼🌻
