Help?

I had trich! 🙄🙄

I found out in September the hospital gave me a dose of meds I didn't get to finish went to my ob in October got a round for me and hubby and took them haven't had sex but last night I noticed I started to get the itching again 😭😭😭😭 no burning or anything just bad itch. Could I still have it or be a yeast or UTI? 😭😭 Help this is getting ridiculous this. All happened cause I borrowed another person's towel right after them 😭😭 and yes my o.b said it can happen like that neither of us have fun ked anyone else I'm not looking for judgement just help
