Suddenly oily skin

Hi all, needing some advice.

I have a gorgeous son and since having him have had many miscarriages.

We took a break from TTC and have started up again this month.

I've literally woken up with the most oily, broken out skin, I've never experienced this in my life. What could be causing it? Been off the pill for about 6 weeks after being on it for 2yrs and AF is due today but I've never experienced this before.
