Guysss any advice now?

I started spotting yesterday and cramping too the cramps been going for few days now but the spotting started yesterday but I already had a period this month and don't start again til December 2 and I been feeling nausea and feeling too hot and peeing constantly and hungry all the time and kinda sore breasts here and there and I been fricken out all day. Is there a chance I'm pregnant and when I should I test? And under neath my arms has been hurting as well.
