Crush problems

So I kinda have feelings on someone and we have a streak on Snapchat (he knows me since we had a class last year) this year we’re freshman and I started having feelings for him and so on thanksgiving I said “happy thanksgiving” (our first convo ever) and he texted back “thanks ☺️” and then the next day I tried to think of an excuse to be talking to him so I said “heyy I thought I should be talking to people more so how are you?” And he just opened it. So I panicked and said my friend was on my phone but then I said “anyway besides that how was you thanksgiving?” And he texted back “do you think I’m cute??” And I panicked and said “no I like someone” (cuz I still have feleings for my other crush but I I didn’t tell him that. He replied with “👍🏻” and then I said why and he just opened it and my friends are now saying they think he likes me. WHAT DO I DO?!
