Sleep transitioning for 3 month old
I made the mistake of my baby sleeping on my chest for 3 months 😹 I’m ready for her to sleep in her crib but the safest sleeping position is on her back and when I put her on her back she startles herself by moving her arms or hands🤦🏽♀️. When I put her on her stomach she didn’t move as much 😩
She’s been sleeping for 5-6 hours during the night now so if she could sleep by herself that would be perfect 😂😂.
